Here's the part nobody enjoys.
More dogs come into Maricopa County shelters every year, and fewer of them make it out alive. Nobody wants that. Not the shelters, not the vets, not the person whose dog just had eight puppies they cannot find homes for.
The answer isn't complicated. Every dog fixed is a litter that never happens, and a litter that never happens never needs a shelter.
Maricopa County first. Then the next county, and the next, until every dog has a home. One county at a time. We just need a lot of people chipping in to get there.
How it works

You give a little every month.
You, your friends, your family, all giving a little every month. It adds up. Money we can count on lets us book clinic days in advance instead of just hoping.

We buy appointments.
We pay clinics directly to spay and neuter dogs. Nothing comes out of your donation along the way.

Fewer dogs die.
Fewer strays on the street. Fewer dogs in the shelter. Fewer dogs who never make it out.
Why not just give to a clinic directly?
Honestly, you should, if there's a clinic you already love. We do a slightly different thing.
We chase the open slots.
We fund whichever clinic has room right now. Openings move week to week. A clinic packed solid in March might have space in May, so we follow the space instead of picking a favorite.
We only pay for spay and neuter.
No building, no staff, no salaries, no payroll. Spay and neuter. That's it.
We go where it's worst.
Some zip codes send far more dogs to the shelter than others. We spend each dollar where we can save the most dogs.
Monthly donors change everything.
Steady money lets us schedule clinic days months out. It's the difference between hoping we can help and knowing we can. Small gifts, showing up on time, every month.
